LATE CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW Policy: A 24-Hour Notice is Required for Cancelling or Rescheduling Pilates Sessions.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. When you cancel late or don’t show up, it disrupts the instructor’s schedule and prevents other clients, including those on our waitlist, from booking that time. Therefore, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your Pilates session.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged the full cost of the session. Similarly, if you do not attend your session without prior notice via email, text, or phone, the full session fee will be charged. *** We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
